Matt Gallant, G-Five (formerly Clearwater Construction) Owner and master builder was born and raised in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and has been building since the age of 12. With a real talent and passion for the trade, Matt received formal training in the early 90’s at Huot Technical Center in Laconia, while attending Winnisquam High School. Upon graduation, Matt started his first business. Search the marketplace today and you’ll find no better master framer than Matt Gallant.

After 18 years and the closure of a family business, Matt established Clearwater Construction in 2012 with the intention of leading a business built on his experience and integrity of quality craftsmanship.

In 2022, with that same integrity and a stellar reputation, Matt took the leap to elevate his brand to a new level with a new name: G-Five.  G-Five continues to deliver the same beautiful, premier builds and excellent customer service a “Matt Gallant build” is known for, but with the addition of a consultation service that Matt saw as yet another way he could serve his customers better.  G-Five represents Matt’s love for his family, pays homage to his home, and elevates his passion and service for building customers’ dreams into reality.
